Born and brought up in Brahmin family in Nasik. Father retired as a technician from from HAL (Mig Aircraft factory, Nasik), Mother has been a homemaker.  Parents stay at Nasik in own house.

Younger brother is married and has a five year old daughter. He is settled in Pune. Brother and his wife both are software professional.

(Recently shifted to owned 1.5 BHK at Narhe Pune)
